Phonocake presents and tries to connect the local electronic music scene of german city Dresden and around. Phonocake's local approach allows to think about musical community-aspects in virtual and real life at the same time. Besides this, friends' expressions from all around the world are presented.

Some of Phonocake's musicians like to play and of course did play live, for instance at clubs like Schleife 9, l'houp, or media festivals like cynet art and warszawa electronic festival (wef) or locations like Klinik or Rundkino Dresden.
