About
This was the first ever output of the netlabel Phonocake. It happened in the year 2003, exactly the first of june 2003. This was not only the official birthday of the netlabel, it is also a special day in eastern germany. It's a so called Children's day (german: Kindertag, WikipediaLink). So, its no wonder, when the second track is called Kinderlied, in english Children's song. Sweet, nice and naive, thats the sound of this song. Besides this titling, Bad Comfort often gave his tracks in this period titlenames, that show the creation date of the track. So, track one is created 14th april in 2003 and track 2 is even created earlier, 31th of may 2002.
Bad Comfort works with Buzz Trackersystem, so its quite believable, that those tracks were made with buzz.
The artwork was made by phonocake-artist Graf, who made the artwork much later than the release. Phonocake didn't have any artworks at the beginning of the label. If you download the zip-file from archive.org, this artwork won't be inside the package.
