Our Vibe

Planet Terror Records was founded in Sheffield, UK, in October 2008 with the aim of distributing and promoting free music online. The ethos of the label is to provide a platform for up-and-coming and established artists to unleash fresh new sounds on the world. All genres are considered, but a focus on dub, dubstep, hip hop, electronica, ambient and techno has developed over the past year.

All music is released using a Creative Commons licence, a 'some rights reserved' copyright that allows for free, unrestricted distribution and sharing of music online and offline. This protects releases from commerical use without permission but makes them accessible to anyone and everyone.
