Releases
- [pnet01] C:\ - Blasts From The Past
http://www.privatelektro.de/images/webcover_c_drive.jpg
PRIVATELEKTRO?s first net-only release, featuring 10 mid 90ies-style electro tracks with a rephlexish edge. Everything recorded to 2-track analogue tape. No overdubs. No computer / MIDI sequencing. [2]
- [pnet02] Vano I Mk.2 - Rockers Unique E.P.
http://www.privatelektro.de/images/rockers_unique_netz.gif
As if the 2nd half of the 90ies never happened, VANO I MK.2 release this stunning 40-minute 2-track e.p. with the musical style that was called TRANCE originally (before that shitty 4 to the floor-club-thing came up and stole the term). A long, pulsating orb-esque journey through deep bass, warm glowing pads and transcending delays [3]
- [pnet03] Igor Hax - Wayfarer E.P.
http://www.privatelektro.de/images/Wayfarer_THUMB.jpg
The WAYFARER EP presents four new tracks by Igor Hax. DRAGGED DOWN VIEW and CHILEAN TWIN were produced before leaving Berlin. VEHICLE and SUPPORT TO FLY were made in Liverpool, where he lives and works since 2003. The selection of tracks on the EP reflects his different influences - from bass and beats to experimental soundscapes. [4]
- [pnet04] pop toppers - ep
http://www.privatelektro-news.de/bild/pop_toppers_thumb.jpg
the fourth regular privatelektro netrelease consists of three hypnotic tracks from outer space recorded by the pop toppers (klaswar and amigo500) while experimenting with rather not so “pop” gear: a bunch of vintage analogue synths, some cheap casio keyboards and klaswar´s legendary and unique self-oscillating effects modules from hell.
- [pnet05] triPhaze - standing on a hill ep
http://privatelektro-news.de/bild/pnet05mid.jpg
The big black dog's head scuttled trough the brown leaves. Little frozen antennae stuck in the greenery. Clouds were moving fast as swaying telephone wires made slight sounds. It was day to disregard time. Distant city lights blinked. A billboard placed at the height of the hill reads THINK OF THE PAST in hefty red lettering. The camera made tiny noises while searching for a suitable angle. The button pressed down and then pressed a second time. Eventually the entire dog emerged and began to run down the path into the valley. An odd man stood on top of the hill watching the sea consume the boats, everything slowly faded to black.
- [pnet06] reverend benn schipper - dance music for shitheads with the yy chromosome
